Our Staff

We have a dedicated and caring teaching staff who work hard to provide children with a quality learning experience.  Members of our teaching staff include:

Connie Pietrafetta, Director/Teacher
    Connie has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education, and a Post Bachelorate Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis on Motor Development in Children. Connie has been teaching preschool for 40+ years and has been the Owner/Director of Mansfield Children's School for 40 years. She has been an active member of her community and church for the past 40 years, and is a member of Mansfield Kindergarten Readiness Committee.
Sue DesJardins, Co-Director/Teacher
    Sue has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and has completed coursework in Preschool Administration for certification as Director of a Preschool. Sue has been a member of our teaching staff for 20 years, during which time she was Lead Teacher for 4 years. She worked at a career in management prior to joining our staff.
Patty Harwood, Teacher
    Patty has a Bachelors Degree in Primary Education with a double major in English. She has been a member of our teaching staff for 10 years. She taught at a local preschool as an assistant teacher for 2 years, and as a teacher for 4 years. She taught first grade for 1 year, after working as a substitute teacher in the public schools for 3 years. Prior to joining our staff, Patty had been a classroom volunteer for the "I Care" Special Needs Program, and a volunteer for (RIF) Reading Is Fundamental.
Lisa Muller, Teacher
    Lisa has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, and a state certification as Teacher in Early Childhood Education. She has been a member of our teaching staff for 14 years. During that time, she has been a Teacher for 10 years, and was an Assistant Teacher for 4 years. Prior to joining our staff Lisa spent much of her time as a volunteer in the public schools for kindergarten through grade 2, as well as assisting in Mansfield kindergarten screening.
Patty Flammini, Assistant Teacher
    Patty has a Degree in Health Science. She has been a member of our teaching staff for 10 years. Prior to joining our staff, she worked at the Charter School for 2 years assisting with kindegarten screenings, and was also a part time daycare provider for four years. She was a volunteer for (RIF) Reading Is Fundamental.
